Our minimum hours for a weekly, or fortnightly service is 2 hours per visit. It’s entirely up to you how you use the time you have with your cleaner.

Your cleaner is skilled and trained to do most tasks. Laundry & ironing, and bed making, as well as all domestic cleaning. Your cleaner is always happy to help, so let them know what tasks you like completed and when, and they wi’l be happy to help.

Yes - your cleaner will use your products and equipment. Your cleaner will also keep you up to date, when things need replenishing.

Only for the first visit. After this it’s entirely up to you. Many of our customers lead busy lives and cannot always be at home for their visit. Your cleaner will need to be able to access the property, and secure it again when they leave without holding a key.

Our cleaners cannot provide support outside of the remit of cleaning and housekeeping, and must not be expected to complete shopping tasks or tasks such as personal care or support. All of our cleaners are a great source of company however, and provide a great sense of routine for our older customers.

No. All cleaners are employed by us and are never subcontracted. This means you will get the same cleaner every visit. It also means we are able to carry out a background check and verify their experience, before they start working for you.
